Religion Unveiled

In this project I explored the connection between Representation and Religion. My main focus was on feminism and my own connection towards religion being a Queer
woman. The medium I utilized was collage to explore this main focus.

For the other half of the project, I examined how religion is often misrepresented within media and how vastly one’s
perception can impact their own opinion on faith. I did this by creating a video essay where I interviewed multiple different religious leaders and asked them questions on interfaith problems.

My aim was to explore creative processes that are
relatively new to me as well as to challenge my own
perception about mainstream religions
